Key Points

Who Can Use the Site

Raxi Game is for adults aged 18 or older. When you make an account, you confirm that you are at least 18. If you are under 18, please do not create an account or play the game.

You are also responsible for making sure that using the site is allowed where you live. The site is written mainly for players in India.

Free Points and No Prizes

Every account starts with 10,000 free points, and you can reset to 10,000 at any time. Points exist only to make the game work. They:

• have no cash value and are not money or a store of value;
• cannot be bought, sold, traded, gifted or transferred to anyone;
• cannot be withdrawn, cashed out or swapped for goods, vouchers or services.

There are no prizes, rewards or bonuses of any kind. The VIP badge only shows how many rounds you have played. It has no value and does not change the game. Offering or accepting money for points, accounts or badges is not allowed.

No Real-Money Play

Raxi Game is a free game. It does not take deposits, place real bets or pay out winnings, and nothing on the site is an offer or invitation to gamble or to play any game for money.

India's Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 has been in force since 1 May 2026 and prohibits online money games. We do not run, promote or link to any real-money game. Our Raxi Win withdrawal guide explains why points can never be cashed out.

Fair Use

Please use the site in the way it is meant to be used. You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts or automated tools to play rounds or load pages in bulk;
• try to tamper with, reverse engineer or break the game, its results or the site;
• try to overload, attack or get around the security of the site or its host;
• copy, resell or re-host the site, the game or our guides as your own;
• use our name to mislead people, for example by claiming to be Raxi Game support;
• use the site for anything illegal.

You may share links to our pages and quote short parts of a guide with a link back to it.

Your Account

Accounts on Raxi Game are saved only in the browser where you create them. Nothing about your account is stored on our side. Because of this:

• your account does not sync to other devices or browsers;
• clearing browser data, uninstalling the browser or using private mode can delete it;
• there is no password reset and we cannot recover a lost account, points or badge;
• you are responsible for keeping your password private and for anyone else who uses your device.

You can log out or delete your account at any time. If you lose access, you can make a new free account. The privacy policy explains what is stored and how to remove it.

Results

Each round draws one number from 0 to 9 at random in your browser, using the secure random source built into modern browsers. Each draw is independent of the last. No one, including us, can choose a result or know it in advance, and no system, chart or trick can predict it. The game is designed so that, on average, every pick returns less than it costs over many rounds. The full rules are in our colour prediction game guide.

Our Guides

Our guides are general information written to help players understand colour prediction games and stay safe. They are not legal, financial or professional advice. Laws, apps and scams change, and while we date our pages and try to keep them accurate, we cannot promise that every detail is complete or current. For advice about your own situation, speak to a qualified professional.

Other Raxi Win Sites and Apps

Many other websites and apps use the Raxi Win name, often with invite codes, bonus claims and real-money play. Raxi Game is not connected to any of them. We do not run, endorse or partner with them, and we are not responsible for their content, apps, payments or actions. Any loss or dispute with them is between you and them. Our Raxi Win safety checklist shows how to check a site before you trust it.

We also link to some outside websites, such as government helplines. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

Availability and No Warranty

We provide the site and the game free and "as is". We try to keep it working well, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. We may change, pause or remove any part of the site, including the game, at any time and without notice.

Limitation of Liability

The site is free, and the game uses points with no value. To the extent the law allows, Raxi Game is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, the site. This includes lost accounts, points or badges, and any decision you make based on our guides. We are also not responsible for any loss caused by other sites or apps, including those that use the Raxi Win name.

Nothing in these terms removes any right you have that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when the site or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If any part of them is found to be invalid, the rest still applies.
