What Do You Need?

Fix It Yourself First

Raxi Game accounts are saved only in the browser where you made them. Nothing is stored on our side, so we cannot look up, unlock or restore an account for you. The good news is that most fixes are quick:

• Login fails: use the same phone and the same browser you signed up with, and check the username for typos. Step-by-step help is in the login guide.
• Forgot your password: there is no reset. Make a new free account on the sign-up page; it takes under a minute.
• Account disappeared: clearing browser data, using private mode or switching browsers removes or hides it. A new account starts again with 10,000 points.
• Game will not load: refresh the page, check your connection and update your browser.

Writing to Us

You can email us at [email protected]. This is the only way to contact Raxi Game. We have no phone line, live chat, WhatsApp or Telegram.

When you write to us, these details help us answer faster:

• Your phone model and browser (for example Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone).
• The page you were on and what you tapped.
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• A screenshot, if you can take one. Hide anything personal first.

Never include your password. We do not need it, and nobody else should ever see it.

We are a small site, so we cannot promise a reply time. Questions already answered in the guides may get a short reply with a link to the right page.

What We Will Never Ask You For

Raxi Game never contacts you first. We will never ask you for:

• Your password, OTP or any login code.
• Your UPI PIN, card number, CVV or bank details.
• Any payment, deposit, "unlock fee" or "tax" to release points.
• To install a remote-access or screen-sharing app such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer.
• To join a WhatsApp or Telegram group for "signals" or "VIP tips".

If anyone asks you for these in our name, it is a scam. Stop replying and report it.

Report a Fake Site or App Using Our Name

Many sites and apps use the Raxi Win name. We are not connected to any of them. If one has taken money from you, or a caller claims to be from Raxi Win support, act quickly:

1. Lost money? Call the cyber fraud helpline 1930 straight away. Fast reports give the best chance of stopping a transfer.
2. File a complaint on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal. Keep screenshots, links, phone numbers and UPI transaction IDs.
3. Report fraud calls, SMS and WhatsApp messages through Chakshu on sancharsaathi.gov.in.
4. Block the number and uninstall any app the caller asked you to install.
